This app is designed for use by participants in employee wellness programs and health plan member programs that use Extracon s wellness portal. It turns your iOS device into an accurate step-tracker. It also includes a photo-logger that uses the iOS device s camera(s) to record your weight as you step on a scale. It also lets you photo-log your meals and foods you eat. Data from this App is synched with the Extracon portal for use within your employer or health plan s wellness and incentive programs. You will need to log into this App using the Username and Password that you use for the Extracon wellness portal. If you don t have a Username and Password yet, go to www.extracon.com and click Register before you download this App.

Requires iOS 8.1 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
